After getting the machine setup, it just works. Much better than my first experience with 3d printers, this one is as close to plug-and-play as you can get for an industrial capability cnc.
The BEST differentiator is that it takes full size 4x8 sheets instead of needing custome dimensional sheets.

Coming from a CO2 background it was super easy to get set up and start testing.
I am mostly doing brass coins and brass plate cutting but his little machine bangs them out really fast and an amazing quality.
Did a rock from the garden the other day just to see .... Have now sold three.....
I just wish there was the conveyor belt like the G3, that would turn this machine into something else entirely...

Propably most of these reviews are written by company itself or people who given it 5/5 stars, are blind and have multiple dysfunctions.

Pros:
Not really much to list, thats what i want to start from. I would say price, but build quality does not reflect the price anyway. You can find cheaper laser built better. Polar is built better, unfortunately it is hard to import to my country.

So:
-Theoreticaly low level of entry.
Why theoreticaly? Because half of the machine won't work properly from the start, and it need some technical knowledge from you, to properly fix it.

Its only Pros i could list.

Cons:
-Built quality. Why? Even most simple thing possible like flat washer for screws... How you can sell this machine, and try to cut costs on goddamn flat washers? Guide roller for belt? ITS IS DESIGNED absolutely horribly. Every machine have slight differences, so tech support gives you instructions that can not work with yours. Not like they have slightiest idea about how this thing works. I spent about 80 hours working on this piece of junk to make it work properly myself, because 40 hours spend with them, was worst time of my life. Absolute waste of it. It should be highly punishable, but its Chinesse manufacturer so... Yeah.

-Cutting costs on every possible element.

-Poor choice of accesories.

-Bad tech support. Not only its hard to communicate with them. They have no idea how this thing works, and i mean it. They have some tech knowledge overall, yes. But about this machine? Absolutely not. They can ask you to do the same thing 4 times in a row, and ignore your questions.

-Poor quality of some parts. It is made so poorly, that some screws were sligtly smaller than drilled holes, so they were a bit loosey and finally fucked up threads, so i needed to fix them in place by force. Belt roller had no proper distance underneath because... they cut costs on second nut for the screw. Yeah, thats how cheap it is made.

So why i give it 2 stars overall? Because it still works. Sadly, you are your own tech support. Be prepared for it, if you want to save some money. My machine came with manufacture failures, so it had no full power. Nice huh? Of course, i repaired it myself.

Summarazing it all, they cooked my 2 big projects. And im hell of offended by this manufacturer. Never again.

I have ordered a G2 Max 50W laser engraver and it didn't work after one day. Thiere supports asked to send them video of power situation and device. they supposed to leave a device and take it from my site. they asked me to send to an address and contact phone number. they were fake and my shipped package got lost and nobody is responsible. they never replied to my email any more.

I purchased this laser and it’s very easy to assemble. Instructions are clear and simple to follow. I was able to start engraving on the aluminum cards that came with the machine within 10 minutes of unboxing. Had a small issue and Gweike support was very helpful and fixed my issue.

This unit is compact, easy to set up, and I was marking items within minutes of unboxing it. Coming from a CO2 laser, I was surprised at how quiet this machine can be, both when idle and when marking items, not to mention how fast it is. For vector files, it sometimes finishes before I even turn around to check progress.

I ended up getting the manual lift arm, although I'd probably get the electric lift if I were to buy another, just for convenience's sake. Field lenses can be purchased and replaced, so you're not locked into either 110X110mm or 150X150mm. The included safety glasses are certified OD4 for this unit's wavelength, which is better than mystery glasses, but you'll probably want to get your own OD6 or OD7 rated glasses for extra safety.

For metal marking, this unit is all I need at a competitive price. Unless you need MOPA capabilities or higher power, I couldn't recommend this machine enough.

I spent and entire day researching and refining my needs and chose this model. The only thing I didn't research was that a CO2 laser is not going to etch metal.
It took about 4 hours to get up and running (this was my first laser). Once we started cutting, we couldnt believe we didn't do this earlier. In 3 days, we were able to produce what we normally would have cut by hand in a month.

日本倉庫から発送されるらしく、注文から到着まで2,3日でとても早かった。
注意が必要なのは、コンセントがアース付きなので普通のコンセントを使うなら変換プラグが必要なこと。
換気設備がないので、アマゾンでファンとダクトを購入して換気している。
付属のソフトは使っていないのでわからないが、ライトバーンを設定するときすんなり行かなかった。公式の動画ではマシンを自動で検索してくれたが、付属のファイルを読み込んで設定する必要があった。（公式か忘れたけど動画があった）
機械自体は素晴らしい。
真鍮のコインに潜像を入れたいと思っていたが、どうやら実現できそう。
メールでのサポートも素晴らしく、また利用したいと思える。

First laser so I can't talk to comparison but they sent what they represented, it works well, and appears well made. The price was right. I got the 20w G2 not the pro.
